FAMILY CARE AGENCY can provide qualified house-sitters to care for your residence in your absence. Our house-sitters will do light housekeeping, (full housekeeping also available for an additional charge), we'll gather your mail and newspapers, water indoor and outdoor plants and by hourly visits or occupying your house, let us help provide you peace of mind while you're away!

Housesitter FEES Payable to Housesitter (cash or credit)
(these rates apply only when there are no pets in the home)
*VISITS:
$20 to HouseSitter for 1st Visit Per Day, Plus $15 Each Additional Daily Visit.
(No minimum or maximum number of visits per day)
*OVERNIGHT SITTING (dinner to breakfast):
$50 to HouseSitter Per Overnight
(No minimum or maximum number of overnights)
*24 Hour Sitting: $75
(This includes one or more additional visits to the home for service workers etc.)
(No minimum or maximum number of days)

CANCELLATIONS - $25.00 AGENCY FEE Is Non-refundable
* A reasonable gas reimbursement is to be paid to the PROVIDER for job related driving, such as errands, shopping,
school pickups, various activities and ADDITIONAL DRIVING DISTANCES TO CLIENT'S LOCATION.
